Our cancellation policy covers all penalties involved in cancelling your all-inclusive package. It covers your airline cancellation fees, non-refundable insurance premiums and all land costs such as hotels, transfers, guides, drivers, etc.
Upon cancellation of participation of tour by you, the registrant, for any reason, and only after Glimmer Tours receives your signed cancellation, Glimmer Tours will then refund your payment for services not received by you, minus applicable cancellation fees per person, according to the following schedule:
Prior to Departure
240 Days & more: $500 cancellation fee per person.
239 - 60 Days: $1,000 cancellation fee per person.
59 - 22 Days: $1,750 cancellation fee per person.
21 Days & less: No refund possible.
Changing Dates: If your tour is more than 240 days away, you may move your reservation to another tour date for a change fee of $250 per person.
Disclaimer: The cancellation and date change policy above only applies to new reservations. If your reservation was transferred from a postponed tour, please refer to your signed tour postponement document.
