240 Days & more: $500 cancellation fee per person.
239 - 60 Days: $500 cancellation fee per person + non-refundable flight cost.
59 - 22 Days: $1,000 cancellation fee per person + non-refundable flight cost.
21 Days & less: No refund possible.
Please note that most flights are fully non-refundable. In the event that the airline carrier allows for a partial refund, your cancellation penalty will be adjusted accordingly. Travel Insurance premiums paid separately are typically non-refundable and are not included in our cancellation fee schedule above.
Changing Dates: If your tour is more than 240 days away, you may move your reservation to another tour date for a change fee of $250 per person.
